Shipping Costs in Greece

Orders are shipped throughout Greece in partnership with the courier companies ELTA Courier and ACS Courier, and customers can choose their preferred option when completing their order. In addition, you can pick up your order from a Box Now self-service pickup point, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Free shipping on orders over €49.00

If the value of your order exceeds €49.00, you will not be charged shipping fees.

Orders containing bulky items, or where the total weight or total volume of the shipment (actual or volumetric weight) exceeds 10 kg, are excluded. In these cases, an additional shipping charge may apply.

Shipping costs for orders under €49.00

When the value of your order does not exceed €49.00, shipping costs are calculated according to the current price list of the selected shipping company, based on the delivery destination and the customer’s selection at checkout.

Shipping charges may vary in cases where alternative shipping methods or additional services are selected.

Orders that include bulky or heavy items (such as, for example, electric cars, slides, playgrounds, walkers, bicycles, tricycles, dollhouses, etc.), which are shipped exclusively via a shipping company upon prior arrangement. Delivery takes place at the curb, and shipping costs are calculated according to the current price list of the selected shipping company, regardless of the product’s value. The free shipping offer does not apply to these specific orders.

Orders shipped via a shipping carrier must be paid in full before shipment, using one of the available payment methods: credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank deposit. Cash on delivery is not supported for shipments via a shipping carrier.

Shipping Weight

If the volumetric weight of a shipment is greater than its actual weight, shipping charges are calculated based on the volumetric weight.

The volumetric weight is calculated using the following formula:

Volumetric weight (kg) = (Length × Width × Height in centimeters) / 5000

Example:

For a package measuring 50 × 40 × 30 cm:

Volumetric weight = (50 × 40 × 30) / 5000 = 12 kg

Therefore, if the actual weight of the package is less than 12 kg, the shipping charge will be calculated based on 12 kg.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed by 1:00 p.m. Monday through Friday are processed and handed over to the courier company on the same day, in order of priority. Please note that the products must be immediately available.

Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. are processed as usual but are handed over to the courier company for shipment on the next business day.

Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 p.m. and over the weekend are processed and handed over to the courier company for shipment on Monday (provided it is a business day).

*During the holiday season (Christmas, Easter), order processing times may vary depending on the workload, and the above schedule does not apply.

Orders shipped via ELTA Courier:

Deliveries within the city are made within 1–3 business days*.
Deliveries to mainland Greece are made within 1–4 business days*.
Deliveries to the Greek islands are made within 2–4 business days*.
In remote areas of Greece, delivery takes 2–7 business days*.

Deliveries within the city are made within 1–2 business days*.
Deliveries to mainland Greece are made within 1–3 business days*.
Deliveries to the Greek islands are made within 2–4 business days*.
In remote areas of Greece, delivery takes 2–7 business days*.

Orders shipped via Box Now:

In mainland Greece, orders are delivered in 1–2 business days*.
To the Greek islands, orders are delivered in 2–3 business days*.

*Deliveries to lockers are made Monday through Saturday. There are no deliveries on Sundays or official holidays.

Order Delay

Any delay in your order may be due to one of the following reasons:

All products listed in our online store at www.comfuzio.gr as “in stock” are available in sufficient quantities to meet our customers’ needs. Otherwise, products listed as having limited stock may not be available immediately but can be ordered from our suppliers. Finally, products listed as “unavailable” are either temporarily out of stock at our stores or may have been discontinued. In any case, you will be notified immediately of any issues that may arise regarding product availability.
During peak periods (e.g., Christmas, Easter, Halloween) when there is increased demand and a high volume of deliveries.
During periods of extreme weather, strikes, or in cases of force majeure that may affect the shipment and delivery of the order.
In the event that one or more products are not immediately available or are located in different stores and must be gathered together for shipment.
If you have selected bank deposit as your payment method but the payment has not been processed immediately, we are unable to verify the bank transaction, either due to missing information or because the funds have not yet been credited to our available bank accounts. To avoid any delays, we recommend that you send us proof of your deposit. This proof must include the order number, your full name, and clearly display our account number and the deposit amount.
In the event that we are unable to contact you by phone and/or email (if there is a problem with your order, whether regarding the product or payment) because, for example, the information you provided is not up to date.
